Just 1.2 miles away from Rochester Hills downtown. A variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes reach. The space Smoking isn’t allowed inside property. You can smoke or vape outside. If any trace of smoke is detected, there will be a $200 fine. It’s important to understand that getting rid of the smoke smell is quite challenging and might require significant effort, like professional cleaning or even replacing items. Let’s make sure we respect the non-smoking policy to avoid any complications. Please be aware that if the snowfall is less than 3 inches, we kindly request your help with snow removal.
