The space The upstairs is a beautiful loft of 1000 square feet. It has a private entrance that only you will get to enjoy. Old time charm meets modern updates. Large enough to fit your whole group comfortably! Please note, the is another loft right next to yours. We ask guests be mindful of noise levels during quiet hours of 9p-7am Guest access The whole upstairs loft is private. Other things to note Parking : -there is no dedicated parking for our Airbnb . -public street parking is available next to any grey curb and is FCFS. There are a handful of spots all around the block of our Airbnb. -We do provide a parking garage pass for one car and is available for you after you check in. Garage is located at 1 Cordova street. ***please note parking garage can and has filled up during high traffic times. This parking pass is not a guaranteed spot it just allows you access without paying. **** -Night of Lights Festival :Parking can be even more difficult and the parking garage can fill up. We recommend you arrive early during these time frames. To find parking easier. Parking pass is available AFTER check in. -paid parking lot available across the street from our Airbnb.
