Well equipped kitchen, comfy kingsized bed & good WIFI The space NEW TO Airbnb - newly converted in 2023 we have let the property out to a handful of happy customers via a Lettings company ( see reviews in the visitors book at the property ) but have decided to start letting it ourselves via Airbnb because we can provide you a much better more personal service ! Guest access You can enjoy the entire property- all 13 acres -the large lake and lake fields to the top wildflower meadow and playing field. You have your own parking space in front of your property and your own private seating area behind /please enjoy it all but be respectful to nature and wander at your own risk ! Access to swimming lake only on request and at your own risk ( we love it) Other things to note Lower Park Barn is situated close to the Two Moors Way - and is a perfect stopping point midway between Exmoor and Dartmoor Switch off from the busy world and wake to your very own personal tweet of the day - broadcast by the host of wild birds ! - there is lots of wildlife on the property - red and roe deer, hedgehogs, badgers tawny owls and Canada geese as well as a resident barn owl that you may see hunting in the field from your kitchen window ! Please take care as lots of trip hazards in the grounds -so enjoy the grounds at the leisure but wander at your own risk. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for children due to all the lakes and ponds.
