Just 45 min from Nashville and 15 mins from charming downtown Dickson. Built with love for families to enjoy our oasis in the woods. The space The layout is two bedrooms downstairs both with king beds and en-suites. Downstairs also has eat in kitchen, living room / dining room, mudroom, powder room, front porch and screened in back patio. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, one has a king and an en-suite, one has 2 bunk beds with a trundle (so five beds) and the other has a queen. There is another shared bath with a double vanity, tv room and a roof deck. House sits on 10 acres and has a beautiful creek. It also has a grill area, 2 campfires, screened in gazebo, outdoor sauna, outdoor bathtub and outdoor shower. Guest access Property sits on 10.5 Acres and sits between a year round creek and some small cliffs. About half the property is set up with places to enjoy outdoor activities and the lower half is woods. Other things to note We built this house to spend time with our family and friends and are excited about sharing it with others when we aren’t using it.
