Palm Heights - Grade 2 listed Old Town hideaway

A stunning newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with open plan living space with a sofa bed for extra Guests. Extremely stylish and comfortable home from home perfect for a seaside break all year round. The space Walk through the palm trees to enter this beautiful newly renovated apartment, finished to a very high end standard and relax into a sumptuous king size bed with hotel quality bedding. Hang out in the stylish open plan kitchen/dining living area. The apartment is literally on the edge of the old town minutes from the beach and all Margate has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to the whole top floor of this beautiful old building. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs but it is totally worth it to be able to relax at Palm Heights. The property is within a grade 2 listed building with beautiful single glazed sash windows. The property is on a main road. We don't set up the sofa bed as it is in the communal area, we can leave it out for you on request. There is a £20 charge for the extra linen for the sofa bed if there are only 2 guests. This cost is included in the booking fee if there are 3-4 guests. Note- we hope everything is satisfactory on arrival any issues need to be communicated through the Airbnb portal straight away and we can try our best to rectify the issue immediately Please be aware that our strict cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of the reason for your cancellation. If you are unable to attend and we secure another booking in your place, we will refund the cancellation fee, minus any applicable Airbnb charges.
