1 minute walk to beach. We have a private balcony overlooking pool and beach from 2nd floor. The 2br/2 bath unit sleeps 6 comfortably with king bedroom (new mattress) and 2nd bedroom with 2 new queen beds. New leather couch/loveseat, new paint, new laminate floor, granite countertops, stainless appliances, crockpot, blender, coffee makers, WiFi & cable TV. Full washer/dryer. ALL linens, sheets, comforters & pillow shams swapped and cleaned between guests. BBQ pits & covered area under building. The space Newly updated 2br/2bath condo overlooking pool and beach. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. Please use and respect our condo as if it were yours. New reclining leather sofa and loveseat with new laminate floors and paint. 1 king bedroom with new mattress, new tv, new ceiling fan, adjoining bathroom, and large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 new queen beds, TV, ceiling fan and large closet. Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite, blender, crock pot, mixer, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig single cup coffee maker. We have at least 2 set of all linens and bedding so EVERYTHING (comforters and pillow shams included) is swapped out and cleaned after each guest checks out. Housekeeping leaves a start of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher/laundry pods to get you through the 1st day or two. Table and chairs with seating for 4 and 4 barstools give plenty of room for meals. There are bbq pits and a large covered area under the condo. New patio furniture for laying out around the pool. There is 1 parking pass included with rental. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping on balcony or in condo. Max of 6 guests. No exceptions. No hanging or throwing anything from balcony. No excessive noise. Must be 25yrs old to rent. Breaking of any of these rules will be cause for immediate eviction.
