Come and visit my sunny flat right in the centre of our amazing Budapest, just a short walk from the Danube/Váci street, accross National Museum. Top level duplex flat (elevator access to the entrance but then You have to take one floor in an internal staircase). Main gate opens directly to Kálvin sqr, where most attractions, restaurants and the Danube are nearby, while you can have quiet rest for the evenings. My fully furnished, 2 separate sleeping areas flat fits up to 4 & your beloved pet. The space The flat consists of a multifunctional area serving as living room/ kitchen/ bedroom, with queen size double bed and a separate bedroom for2 with 2 single beds or we can easily put it together.... Everything is carefully thought trough! There is a full kitchen with all the needed utensils and machines for your stay (pans and pots, microwaves kettle, coffee maker) and a nicely decorated bathroom with shower. This sunny flat is the best with A/C installed. The flat is on a duplex level, you can use our interior staircase to access it. For your safety and security we provide recorded video surveillance by motion detection which is stored up to 72 hrs. Cam is installed on the common used antre, OUTSIDE OF THE FLAT, covering the entrance. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented flat at all Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
