The lounge area is comfortable and has a 55-inch HD TV connected with access to French channels, internet and Netflix. Wi-Fi connection throughout the accommodation (fiber). The living room has a large bay window that opens directly onto a beautiful south-facing terrace on the ground floor. Soak up the last rays of sun on the lounge chairs while sipping a refreshment, savor the calm and private green space that awaits you! The ground floor bedroom has a desk for quiet work, a large wall-mounted dressing room as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and towel dryer. A hairdryer and shea shower oil are at your disposal free of charge. You will find a second large bedroom open in the attic upstairs, including the second king size bed as well as a high-end sofa bed (140*200). Groupama Stadium, Eurexpo Exhibition Park and Golf de Chassieu are a 10-minute drive (7 km). Ideal location for a stop near Lyon before continuing your journey towards the Alps, the Paris-Marseille or Geneva axis. Direct access to the A43/A432/A40/A6 and A7 highways via the Rocade Est, which is 5 minutes from the villa. 2 bus stops (bus 28) are just a short walk from the villa in direct connection with the T3 tram and metro A which serve the Part-Dieu shopping center/TGV station and Lyon city center. Rhônexpress Tramway (Lyon Part-Dieu – Saint-Exupery) 8-minute drive (5.2 km). Other things to note ‼️ Important information – Thank you for your attention: 👉 Privileged residential setting The villa is situated in a quiet and sought-after residential area. In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, no noise nuisance is tolerated (parties, music, gatherings, etc.). Any breach will result in the immediate interruption of the stay, without the possibility of reimbursement. 👉 Fully non-smoking accommodation The villa is strictly non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, a fixed penalty of €150 will be applied, corresponding to the costs of thorough cleaning and refurbishment. 👉 Acceptance of house rules Written confirmation of the proper consideration of these rules via Airbnb messaging is required.
