Welcome to our charming home in Los Angeles situated next to a quiet park and fresh ocean breezes. Our home and relaxing backyard is a perfect retreat for your LA getaway. This is our primary residence that we make available to others while we're away. Free parking and easy self check-in. Located near the San Pedro ferry+cruise port, a perfect retreat to extend your stay before or after a Catalina/cruise trip. The space Our home offers a primary bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, complete with a dresser for use and space for hanging items. The cozy secondary guest bedroom features a full-size bed ensuring a restful night's sleep for your additional family members or friends. The second bedroom has access directly to the backyard and an additional desk and workspace. In the living room, you can enjoy a large TV complete with a Roku and Sonos sound system, creating an ideal setting for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills with its appliances, ample countertop space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware you might need. For those who need to attend to professional matters, our sunny office awaits you. Complete with an external monitor, it provides a comfortable and well-lit workspace to tackle your tasks efficiently. Lastly, step outside into the backyard oasis and discover a peaceful patio area. This delightful space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, bronzing on the two lounge chairs, or simply taking a relaxing moment. As of September 2024 we have a brand new HVAC heating and central air system that’s easy to use with the google nest smart thermostat to ensure you’re comfort during chilly winter mornings or hot late summer days. Guest access You will enjoy access to our entire home! One 3rd bedroom will be locked (where we store our personal belongings) but otherwise, the house is yours. Other things to note -If this is your first time visiting LA, we recommend renting a car. Some people are surprised how uniquely spread out LA is. San Pedro is on the southern end of South Bay, LA, so it's a nice retreat away from the heart of LA city. -Our cleaning crew will arrive promptly after checkout at 11am. For this reason we do have a late checkout fee, please inquire if you think you need more time and we will do our best to accommodate. -if you would like a tv available for either of the bedrooms we do have one we could set up on request.
