Room next to beautiful woodland

This is a relaxing room in my home, surrounded by lots of lovely quiet walks. Just a short walk to Haigh woodland. WN2 area. My place is 18 Miles from Manchester, 25 Miles from Liverpool and only 8 miles from Bolton. 10 minutes drive to Bolton Wanderers stadium and Middlebrook retail park. It's a basic small double budget room. With a kettle and mini fridge. I don’t accept bookings from night shift workers due as incompatible with my day life. I.D and must have minimum 3 positive reviews. The space Small double bedroom in a mid terraced property with kettle and mini fridge. Shared bathroom with the host. This is strictly only a room For 1 guest. Please don’t put me in an awkward situation by asking for additional guest. I have a dog and 2 cats but they are downstairs and bedroom doors must be kept closed. If you have pet allergies it would be best not to book. They are very friendly Guest access The guest bedroom and shared bathroom/ shower room. The listing is bedroom and shared bathroom only but I am happy to allow access to the kitchen if we arrange times prior to use. This helps me give you the space needed to cook without interruption During your stay Feel free to ask for advice and tips. Happy to chat away but also leave you be should you like your alone time. Other things to note I have a very friendly collie dog and 2 cats, Animals are strictly not allowed upstairs so you shouldn't see them much. I only accept guests with at least 3 positive recent reviews and verified account. Please bring photo ID when checking in.. I don't accept bookings for anyone else booking on behalf of someone. The guest that books must be the one that stays. No night shift workers please, check in and out can cause night workers problems and I am busy around the house throughout the day. There is no washing machine for guests but there is a launderette just 5 minutes walk from my home. No pets due to the pets already living here. Check in can be no later than 10pm and check out no later than 11am. Apart from all that 😆 you will be welcomed warmly 😀
