Enjoy a completely private experience or utilize SHARED SPACES laundry, kitchen and large backyard with KEYCODED LOCKED ENTRY for your safety and privacy. Free parking up to 2 cars on the left hand side of the north driveway. The space The North Austin Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 living room private suite connected by a shared kitchen and laundry to our separately listed Lakehouse suite. Interior and exterior doors have private key coded locks. Enjoy a BBQ in the spacious backyard or spend the night out on the town! If you're looking for a completely private experience, please book through our GOTL Family Cottage listing. Guest access We have a paved driveway that is shared with the neighbor, there is a single row on the south/left side of the driveway that accommodates up to 2 cars single-file. Your suite is ENTIRELY PRIVATE but has access through key coded locks to SHARED kitchen, laundry, and backyard which may be shared with other guests. There are 3 steps to enter the house, which is all one level indoors. During your stay I'm most available through the ArBnb app messenger but please call if there are any issues! Other things to note Please do not park in the yard, additional parking is available at the Geneva Township Park about 1/8 mile up the road.
