Ronco Scrivia is a small town in the Genoese hinterland, located in the middle of the Scrivia Valley, 30 minutes from Genoa and the ferry terminal, the Gavi hills, the Serravalle Outlet and Novi Ligure, 1 hour and 50 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport. We are located in the ancient Roman street of the town, Via Postumia, and offer a small private apartment, located on the ground floor of a three-family house. It consists of an equipped kitchen, 3 beds and a bathroom with shower. Pet friendly!!!! The space Very cool little apartment in summer, renovated in April 2023, it is located on the ground floor of the three-family apartment where I live with my family on the second floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, and has a kitchen equipped for cooking, a double bed with a slatted base and a single bed also with a slatted base, new mattresses and memory pillows, a TV with Netflix platforms, Prime video, and a Wi-Fi connection. Blind bathroom with shower, bidet, towel/heater warmer. In the cellar room adjacent to the accommodation, there is a washing machine at the complete disposal of guests. Our three-family house has a common garden, equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs to enjoy the cool evening and to relax in the company of our curious cats and Tartugo. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the property and Ronco Scrivia is well connected to the city of Genoa and the two riviera. Ability to shelter for bicycles with a small compressor and battery recharge for E-bike. The apartment is 50 meters from the marked route of the Apennines bike tour and we have the official stamp. Guest access The apartment is accessed from the main door but remains with private access and guests will have the entire ground floor accommodation at their disposal. There is also the garden, in common use with the owners, so with free-range animals, cats and turtles. It is not connected to the house, it is accessed from the outside through a small gate. In the garden there is a table with chairs and two sun loungers and it is lit in the evening. Other things to note Parking is about 50 meters from the house, in the square or in a nearby street with little traffic, in a very quiet area. We are located in a village, in a very quiet setting, with festivals in the summer months, a valley full of events, beautiful surroundings to discover with walks, marked cycling routes, riding stables, Big Bench no. 131 with an exceptional view and other Big Benches in the surroundings, a go-kart circuit at the famous international company Omp Racing Force, close to the wine lands of Gavi Ligure and numerous swimming pools. In Ronco Scrivia, you will find a small Carrefour supermarket, bakeries, bars, a post office and bank, and a few kilometers (8) away you will find Busalla, with other supermarkets, shops, breweries and pizzerias.
