Comfortable villa with mod cons close to the Broadwater (1.2k's), public transport & shopping (Aldi & take away food & liquor 250 meters away) . The 5 person spa is new with powerful jets in a tranquil backyard setting with BBQ available. Spa is seasonal from October to April however with minimum 48hours notice I can get it ready although there will be a $15 charge to organise off season. The space Cosy room with a very comfortable queen bed with smart hub. The home has voice operated smart lighting with 2 large TV’s in the downstairs area. Guest access You will have access to all rooms & yard in the villa except for the other bedrooms & garage. During your stay I will be available 24/7 for contact (while home or via phone) & love to mix with guests although also understand privacy if that is preferable. Other things to note I love to BBQ so happy to discuss food options if interested (I have a small shallow charcoal spit or BBQ grill) & will be more than happy to take you around for scenic tour of the local area.
