The dream house x4 near the station

Welcome to our Dream Home! This large apartment is located in a super strategic position to reach any destination and has just been totally renovated! The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people; you will find two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook! Wifi and air conditioning are available to guests! The space [Classificazione: Locazione turistica] This delightful apartment was totally renovated and furnished in 2023 and is large and bright. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and everything you need to cook, while in the bathroom there is a large shower. The two double bedrooms each have a smart TV, 43" and 50" wide, to slip into dreamland with a good movie! Guest access The whole apartment is reserved for you! Other things to note The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the mezzanine floor; you need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free! CHECK-IN Upon check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport). The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online. Self check-in is possible. DURING THE STAY Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter. Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase. Parties, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. CHECK-OUT Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!) Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals.
