The space The MyHero agency is delighted to welcome you to Villa Rosa. The villa extends over two levels, offering generous and well-appointed living spaces. The entire house is air-conditioned. The large living room is the heart of the house. With its bay windows, it enjoys exceptional natural light and offers stunning views of the outdoors. This open space includes a comfortable living room with plush sofas, a dining room that can accommodate up to eight guests, and a fully equipped, charming open-plan kitchen. You will find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, tastefully and elegantly decorated. Each bedroom is equipped with quality beds to ensure restful nights. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180*200) and the other bedrooms with queen size beds (160*200). The villa has three modern and functional bathrooms. One of them is adjacent to the master bedroom and includes a walk-in shower. The second, still adjoining the bedroom on the lower level, is equipped with a beautiful bathtub, offering a relaxation area. The last bathroom is equipped with a shower on the upper floor for the two remaining bedrooms. Outside, a sublime private pool awaits you, 4*8M, surrounded by a terrace equipped with 6 sun loungers and parasols for relaxing moments under the Mediterranean sun accompanied by the songs of crickets. The pool offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere of serenity and change of scenery. A plancha area is also available for friendly outdoor dining.
