The villa is situated on extensive grounds, which are also available to guests and where you can make a fire. Keep in mind that a significant part of the furnishings is original, so you can't expect modern luxury, but rather style. However, you can certainly count on a hot bath and shower, and even fast internet. This will come in handy if you can't do without work - there are also two large office desks available.
