The guest have the Swann Lake as well as the upper area for boat battery charging as needed I live across the street behind the metal gate . If you need me I’m available . The property is at the end of the street in a very private wooded area. It’s quite with a screen in back porch there are deer to enjoy at sun set and the privacy of the screened in porch is a great plus. nice sandy public beach with in easy walking distance ( less than 300 yards) . A very quite neighborhood of mostly retired residents. We have plenty of parking next to the residence. There is plenty of boat parking with battery charging hook up within a few feet of the Swann lake house on the upper level.
