Hi! We offer a bedroom on the second floor of our architect-designed villa 35 km from Oslo. The room has a double bed, work desk, and wardrobe. Outside you will find a 'library' and a large bathroom. First floor kitchen is available; coordinate cooking with us. Laundry room is available and a shelf in the fridge is reserved for you. Parking is available, and public transport to Oslo takes about 45 min The space The house is 200+ square meters over two floors and built with clean building materials in birch plywood and pine supporting structure. The first floor consists of an entrance with a wardrobe and a toilet that opens into the atrium/atelier, which is an open space that extends over two floors and is located between the living room with terrace (to the left) and a large kitchen with a food and laundry room. On the second floor there is a living room/library with a bathroom and 2 adjacent bedrooms on the right side and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the left side. Guest access Check-in: Please check in after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Stay: This is an Airbnb stay and we have specific guidelines to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. We kindly ask you to respect that some parts of the house are private. Facilities: Outside the room you have rented, you have access to common areas such as the library and the nearest bathroom. The kitchen is available for cooking, and a special shelf in the fridge is reserved for you. Meals: If the kitchen table is in use as a home office, we kindly ask you to eat in your room or in another suitable area. Payments: Please note that all payments for the stay must be made directly through the Airbnb platform for your and our security. During your stay The host speaks Norwegian, English and Dutch Other things to note There is access to fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden, depending on the available quantity and in coordination with the host. There are good opportunities for picking berries and mushrooms and swimming in clean natural waters nearby.
