Summer or winter, this is the place to be! Sleeps 5 with a King Bed in bedroom, Queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed in living room. Wake up to beautiful mountain views throughout! Minutes to Lake Dillon. 10-45 to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek! NO A/C. The space POOL & HOT TUBS: The Dakota swimming pool and hot tubs are shared amenities for the guests of Buffalo Lodge, and The Dakota. You are welcome to use ANY of them. Look for POSTED SIGNS and remember to comply with rules and restrictions. The hot tubs for Silvermill are located on the first floor. AIR-CON/HEATING: Expedition Station units are equipped with efficient baseboard heating. There is NO Air Conditioning in any units in the village. Feel free to open windows and enjoy! This condo is more than a mountain condo in Keystone's River Run. It is a ski-in / ski-out village oasis! Enjoy a cozy, and calming getaway, or a festive retreat with endless activities! The unit comes with a secure, heated garage with one parking space (1 VEHICLE MAX). You are at the base of the ski slopes, where you can also enjoy biking, hiking trails, food, nature, and all the fresh mountain air you can handle. Tired of all that fresh mountain air? No problem at all... Stay close and enjoy one of the many hot tubs, or stay in the unit with a book or movie for some relaxation. KITCHEN: Fully stocked and ready for you to heat those leftovers or cook to impress your friends! Coffee maker and toaster are available. BEDROOM: The bedroom is comfortable and perfect for relaxing on your vacation. The bedroom has a mounted Smart TV. This room is the perfect place to unwind and prepare for another fun day on the mountain! LIVING ROOM: The living room features a beautiful gas fireplace and a TV with premium cable Hi-speed internet available in unit. SLEEPING: The unit sleeps 5 comfortably – 2 in the bedroom (king-sized), 2 on the pull-out sleeper sofa (queen-sized), and a twin pull out sofa sleeper in case you need a little more room. BATHROOM: The bathroom features a combination shower/tub, stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. CLEANING: Cleaning is a flat fee that will be charged upon your departure. You can arrange additional mid-week cleanings for a nominal fee. This service is arranged by your Host and requires 24-hour advanced notice. Guest access Guests will gain access to the Expedition Station Building and all of the amenities. These include a pool table, common space areas, outdoor grill, large hot tub, outdoor heated pool, gym, an indoor sauna, underground parking, and of course the entire 1 bedroom condominium. PARKING: A garage is located under the building and is limited to one (1) vehicle MAX. No additional spaces are offered in the Keystone River Run Village. Please note that Keystone River Run does not offer any additional overnight parking or parking facilities anywhere. There is an Overnight Parking lot by the Keystone Convention Center. Guests will be responsible to make arrangements if they arrive in/with more than one car. LOCATION AND AMENITIES: This property is located in the Expedition Station building. The main village gives access to several other lodges. Enjoy their game rooms and facilities as you see fit. Take a walk around the village and see everything the it has to offer! Other things to note Please take a look at the "Good Neighbor Guidelines" for Summit County. Parking is for 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage. THERE IS A HEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 7' 5". Vehicles that won't fit will be required to pay a fee to park in available lots. Trash collection and disposal is located at the parking garage level. As of November 1 please make sure you use the QR code in the parking garage to register your car and pay for parking. Maximum occupancy of the unit is 4 people.
