40 m² accommodation, refurbished on the ground floor, in the heart of the "Bouchon de Champagne", the city center of Troyes. Equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, you will have a bed in a bedroom area and a thick sofa bed in the living room. For comfort, you will find an HD TV, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishes, etc.)... and even an ironing kit! Come and drop off your bags for a visit to Troyes! The space The property has two main spaces: - a bedroom, equipped with a 140 double bed - a living area, with equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people. Feel at home: a large screen TV and a good Wi-Fi network will help you relax. The equipped kitchen includes an oven and microwave, dishwasher, but also a Nespresso coffee machine. The basics are of course provided (towels, bed sheets, etc.), up to the iron if you come for a chic moment. Free street parking is available, or you can park at the Philibois parking lot. From the accommodation, you can quickly walk to the city's main tourist attractions: - St. Nizier Church and Hôtel du Dauphin - Cathedral - Museum of Modern Art - Quais de Seine and promenade - Museum of Tools and Workers' Thought... The train station is a 20-minute walk away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. Other things to note We will ask you for a (little) help with cleaning at the end of the stay in order to be able to maintain the best value for money for you (do the dishes, remove the sheets, take out the garbage). HOUSE RULES We remind you that you will be residing in an accommodation at your disposal and not at a hotel. If you need anything, we'll do our best to help, but we don't have 24/7 staff. If you wish to arrive before 4pm/depart after 11am, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on the cleaning constraints (and we will offer you the associated price). If you would like cleaning (and change of sheets/towels) during your stay, this is possible (on request and billing), please let us know! We thank you for respecting the premises that are made available to you. Breakages sometimes happen, report small breakages or missing items so that we can remedy them as soon as possible!
