Condo Quetzal is a 2,300 square foot condo with panoramic views of the entire bay of Sayulita and a private jacuzzi. Dual balconies with sunchairs, outdoor dining, and jacuzzi overlook the ocean. Our pools are just two floors below and one of the two pools is heated. Condo Quetzal is a home-away-from-home in a luxury condominium complex with sea view from every room. Our common area pools are the largest in Sayulita and the apartment includes a private hot tub. Our common area pools have a new heating system for winter months in one of the two large pools. The main balcony opens out to roof gardens where you have one of the best views in town. See whales jumping during migration season with panoramic views of the entire bay and town below. Watch the sun as it sets on the ocean. Wifi internet, cable TV and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix are included. The master suite includes a private ocean view terrace and ensuite bath. We have a library of books, board games and movies to share. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and includes all you need to prepare meals. Beach supplies are also included. Dual bedrooms with king beds make the unit perfect to sleep 2 couples. A third guest room hosts one double bed and a sofa bed. There are two additional twin beds, one in the foyer, the other in the living area. The master suite has a private balcony with a lounge chair and tropical plants overlooking the ocean, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Italian marble floors throughout, all new furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella, and air-conditioning throughout the apartment. Feel the sea breeze and hear the waves from your balconies. We are just a block walking down to the tranquil north end of the main beach and 5 minutes from a jungle hiking trail leading to a hidden beach. There are a few restaurants just a block away as well as the seaturtle camp. The town plaza is 15 minutes walking. Our common areas include the largest pools in Sayulita surrounded by tropical flowers and trees. One of the pools is heated in the winter months. Quetzal includes a private jacuzzi. A two-story parking garage is free for guests, as well as our small gym space. We have a security guard 24 hours and are a gated complex with security cameras. Each rental includes daily maid service. I am available online for any questions daily and we receive each guest personally so will need to know your arrival time. My assistant is on-site 9:00-5:00 for anything that you need. We can organize your taxi from the airport, golf cart rental for best price, in-room massage and other services, and recommend the best activities and restaurants in town. We are located on the quiet north end of the main beach, just 5 minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town and the turtle camp where you can see turtles hatching and being released to sea. The town square/plaza is just 15 minutes walking south and a jungle hiking trail is 5 minutes walking north. Guests and locals alike love our location as it is peaceful, secure and quiet yet close enough to the town center. Many guests like to have golf carts to be able to zip around town and park anywhere; golf cart rentals are around 45usd per day. I can help with the reservation. I lived in Sayulita for 4 years without any sort of vehicle and really enjoy the beautiful walks. Taxis are readily available to and from Pajaro de Fuego for about 5 dollars. Our property is right in front of the main beach. There is a short incline/hill going up. Quetzal is on an upper floor with some stairs to climb. Our staff help carry all luggage to the apartment for you.
