Ideal for large families or groups, this spacious home offers a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, the open living space is both cheerful and inviting. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth doubles as a game room with 2 twins. Pets are welcome with a $150/pet fee. We specialize in hosting families and business travelers, we encourage you to reach out via the "contact host" button if your preferred dates are unavailable. The space Step through the beautiful doors into our spacious modern living area. As you enter, please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors clean, as many little fingers touch them. Relax in the living room, which features a 65" TV, or enjoy the kitchen and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen. From the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the right. This room includes a queen-sized bed, a dedicated work area, and a large closet. Back in the hallway, you’ll find the shared bathroom on the left. This brand-new bathroom offers a walk-in shower, modern vanity, mirror, and toilet. Continuing past the bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a workspace, and a closet. At the end of the hall, the master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, and an en-suite master bathroom. This bedroom also has access to the deck, which can also be reached from the living room. Tucked away through the kitchen is the final bedroom, which includes a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle and doubles as a game room. The game room is equipped with a multi-game table featuring pool, air hockey, foosball, and table tennis. A dry-erase board is mounted on the wall for tracking your scores. In the corner of the game room, you'll find a board game center with chess, checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, backgammon, poker, and other card games for added entertainment. Guest access Guests will have full access of the entire home. Your door code will work on the keyless entry locks in the main entryway. A code specific to you for the length of your stay will be messaged to guest 72 hours before check-in. If your booking is last min, send host a message to provide you an emergency door code and check-in instructions. Driveway accommodates cars for the main home and the guest house. Please park on the right side (closest to the front yard). The left side is assigned to the occupants of the cottage behind the driveway. Please follow marked lines for guidance. Other things to note There is a Guest House in the back of the driveway. It is also used for short-term rentals. Their private space off of the driveway is for Guest house use only. All occupants share the backyard space. Please share respectfully. This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running and cycling. We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area. There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the units which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
