Relax at a secure complex, featuring a pool, a roof terrace +more The space The main room has a king bed and an attached bathroom with shower, a mounted TV, AC, ceiling fan, a chest of draw and closet for storage. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with AC, Ceiling fan and closet for storage. A secondary bathroom with shower is accessible from the hall. We supply toilet paper, hand soaps and bar soaps in both bathrooms. We have heated water throughout the property. The home boasts an open concept kitchen with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutleries, silverware, cups, glasses etc. for you to prepare your favorite dish and the supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away to Liguanea Town Centre. There is a dining table that seat 4 individual and the living room area has sofas, ceiling fans TV and AC, just about everything you need for your comfort. There is also a fully equipped Laundry area with a washer and dryer that available for not additional charge. Two private parking spaces are available in the underground covered parking area with direct access to a functional elevator. Guest access The apartment has 2 Bed Rooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, dining area, balconies, Laundry room, balconies and kitchen. Other things to note We ask that the following rules are followed by all our guests: 1. Permission must be provided to host events. 2. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Smoking area provided on the roof terrace. 3. No pets allowed. 4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12, however there are no special amenities provided for kids in the unit. There is a community shared space that can be utilized as a play space. 5. Please advise host about additional unregistered guests, the apartment’s Max capacity is 5 sleeping. Ask via inquiry about sleeping more than 5. 6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 7. Please keep noise at minimal. 8. Please turn off ACs, Fans and TVs when you exit the condo. 9. Pool usage cut off time is 8:30PM
