We live downstairs, your upstairs independent apartment is accessed through the garden, through the separate door. On the 15 M2 terrace, you can taste peace in the island, the sea, the greenery, and watch the sunrise. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spacious 30m2 lounge. 15 M2 bedrooms with olive grove views. The sea is 200m away, you can go on foot and sit in the shade with your chair. Karaburun center, markets 2&3km away. Your parking is private. The space We are a couple who migrated from Istanbul to Karaburun in 2009. We've been from Karaburun ever since. We built the second floor of our single-storey house in 2023. It is extremely spacious and large with a 15 m2 balcony, 30 m2 living room and fully equipped open kitchen, 12 m2 bedroom. We offer a "home" comfort environment, not a hotel. Seeing the sea, the big and small islands from the balcony will refresh you. When you wake up in the morning, you'll be watching olive groves from your bed. Take your chair to the public beach within walking distance, you can sit and swim all day long. Watch the sea and the greenery from the gazebo in our garden. Staying in this house with its spacious garden, terrace, trees and spacious environment after the chaos of the city will remind you once again of the value of experiencing calmness. All windows and doors have mosquito nets Guest access Our guests enter their homes through an independent door. They can park their vehicles under the grapevine in the backyard. We wait for you at home with the communication we provide before you come home, and we hand over your key and provide all the information you need. We'll be waiting for you even if your check-in time is late. If necessary, we can also provide pick-up & drop-off service from Adnan Menderes Airport. Other things to note There is no sewage system in Karaburun. We kindly request that toilet materials not be thrown into the toilet to prevent the septic tank from clogging. Please pay attention to the quiet hours rule between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Service warning: We kindly request that the air conditioner not be set below 21 degrees. Karaburun's wind is very unpredictable, so we recommend that you do not leave tables, chairs and anything that can fly on the balcony at night, it can damage the environment.
