This accommodation can accommodate 6 people in bedrooms + 2 people on double sofa bed (supplement: €10 per person per night). All beds are made upon arrival, for a maximum of 8 people. Listing composition: - 1 private room for 2 people with 1 Double bed - 1 private room for 2 people with 2 single beds for 2 adults or 2 children, able to gather to form 1 double bed for 1 couple - 1 private bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds for 2 adults or 2 children, which can be joined to form 1 double bed for 1 couple with adjoining separate bathroom and toilet - 1 semi-open rest room including a sofa bed for 2 people (extra to be selected in the options), a library, board games - 1 living room with fireplace, kitchenette and dining area - 2 bathrooms in total - 2 toilets in total - 1 outdoor area with garden furniture The house is located in a small hamlet in La Regrippière in the heart of the Nantes Vineyard. An ideal location between Nantes and Cholet: - 30 km from Nantes, City of Art and History, known for its Château des Ducs de Bretagne and the Jardin des Plantes, its Passage Pommeraye, its famous Machines de l'Ile or the artistic route of the "Voyage à Nantes".  Also discover Trentemoult in the South Loire of Nantes, a charming little fishing village with colorful houses! - 30 km from Cholet famous for its Castle, its city center and its many factory shops, its museums (Textile Museum, Art and History Museum...) and the Oriental Park of Maulévrier. - 10 km from La Boissière du Doré Zoo - 15 km from Clisson and its train station, a Tuscan atmosphere in the heart of the Nantes vineyards.
