(share house with live-in hosts downstairs, no showers 9pm-6am) Welcome to our home with 24/7 shared pool access. 20 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD and 40 minutes drive to Gold Coast beaches this share space with fully furnished and well equipped rooms are upstairs with kitchen, bathroom and toilet shared between guests. Spacious green backyard with home-grown foods, BBQ, swings, trampoline. Very private and tranquil. You can choose to eat or work indoor or outdoor. The space Well equipped and has everything you might need. Common areas have air-conditioning, full house water filtration. We ask guests to use water and energy wisely - please try use appliances during the daytime whenever possible and don't leave lights/Aircon on while away. We supply complimentary snacks and toiletries in case if you need. We can accommodate a range of requirements, including allergy covers on pillows (corn fiber, cooling memory foam, latex, pectin) , variety of mattresses (cotton futon, Koala, memory foam), air purifiers, etc. Please let me know of any special requirements at the time of your booking and I'll do my best to accommodate. Guest access You can use all shared spaces upstairs, and in the backyard - pool, dining table and lounges, washer-dryer, swings, trampoline, vegetable/ herb garden, parking. The room is one of 3 rooms in an apartment upstairs. I highly recommend booking if you have a car as public transport is not very good in QLD in general. House is close to motorway, bus stops are 400m away and train station is 25min walk (Trinder Park) it takes over an hour to Brisbane CBD using public transport During your stay I am always available to help and guide you in case if you need anything as we live downstairs (separate, private) with my kids so please be mindful of occasional noise occurring. You might hear us playing music, but we go to bed early and generally busy with our tasks. Other things to note We do require government issued IDs of all people staying to be sent through before arrival - that is a standard requirement of all hotels too and ensures our safety. We ask no showers 9pm-6am and no smoking/vaping, alcohol or drugs on premises. Strictly no third party bookings . Please note that some minor noise during day hours might be expected and is already reflected in price - no further discounts will be offered. We are a budget accommodation and supply a basic starter pack of bedding/linen/towels and anything extra is supplied for a fee - please consider if this is right for you. We ask no towels to be taken outside the property incl. beaches We live in a separate apartment downstairs, and ask guests to respect our privacy and strictly not to enter our downstairs apartment. WiFi internet speed varies and depends on multiple factors and we cannot guarantee the speed or connectivity in case of unforeseen weather events affecting network. No refund offered in case of NBN network issues as those are outside of our control. Please be mindful of endemic species abundance in tropical SEQ - cockroaches, ants, lizards, etc are common despite regular cleaning and pest control, and no refund will be offered for sighting any of the above, thank you for understanding.
