We will send a link for payment. The space You will enjoy its tranquility and spaciousness, its capacity is for 6 people (maximum 8), with 5 bedrooms, all with double bed. The kitchen is open to the living room and next to its quiet terrace for a snack. It has a bathroom with shower and another that is on the terrace with shower and toilet. It is a building without elevator and the apartment is a third floor. SECURITY: NO ALARM right now. BOTH NEW. Also several portable fans in the rooms. Guest access The apartment is just for you, entrance by the stairs, with no one to bother you or common spaces to share with other guests. The terrace is also just for you, for a snack, or the sun. Equipped with everything you may need in your stay. Other things to note We insist that both inside the apartment and on the terrace or in the street you can NOT hold parties or make excessive noise. It is an interior area, quiet and quiet, where any disturbance can bother many people. The terrace is to enjoy a quiet conversation, read, snack, etc., basically to relax and enjoy the space. LONG STAY CLEANING SUPPLEMENT: You will find a final cleaning charge. For stays of 30 days or more, you must pay 100 € every 15 days to receive a general cleaning maintenance and change of sheets and towels. These amounts can be paid in cash at the apartment, or we can include them in the total price of the apartment.
