The space Our house is conveniently located within the Colonial Zone of the city Santo Domingo and is situated on one of the rarely quiet blocks. It's just a few minutes walk from all of the wonderful restaurants and shops, and is just 1 block from the ocean. Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. We live on the 2nd floor of the complex and share an entrance/stairs with 3 other apartments. Other things to note While we have upgraded our place with redundancies, the island is known for power outages, and other cuts in utilities. When the electric is out, most things continue to run on our battery system, but AC will not. Although our block is quiet, there are some nearby bars that play music. The master bedroom is quiet isolated, but the guest bedroom only has single-pane glass and you can hear street noise.
