Together and independent This old building has been converted into three adjoining cottages. The first, a studio with a mezzanine bed The 2nd a 3-room apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 1 retractable bed. and the 3rd the T2: 1 bedroom, a sofa bed and a child's bed. The 3-room apartment has been equipped to bring you all together with a 1.60 m coffee table ideal for aperitifs and 2 tables (indoor and outdoor) for 12 guests. And in the evening you can find your privacy. The space The 3 in 1 A 3-star studio On the ground floor you will find the living room with its two armchairs bathed in light and its television, a desk, a fully equipped kitchenette, the bathroom and toilet, then upstairs its 160 X200 bed on the mezzanine. A 4-star T2 On the ground floor you will find the living room with its sofa bed (140*190) and its television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a dining area and for the bravest, a desk near the window. Upstairs a bathroom toilet, its bedroom with a 160 X200 bed, all the guests compliment me on the bedding so they sleep well, and a small scalable child bed. It also has a large dressing room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. This one is most suitable for young children (possibility of putting safety barriers) A T3 Its large living room on the ground floor includes: - a dining area that can accommodate 12 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher. - a living room with 2 sofas, including a sofa bed, a large living room table ideal for cocktail dinners. - a laundry area (washing machine, dryer...) - an office Upstairs are 2 very large bedrooms with dressing room, double sink shower room and an independent toilet. Outside you can enjoy the view of the park while sipping a cocktail. You can relax in a hammock, or a deckchair available in the 9000 m² park or by the pool that you will have to share with the owners. Guest access You're at home. Free to move around and enjoy the various amenities available to you (hammocks, different tables, deckchairs, petanque court). You can also store your bike or kayak in the garage, only the use of the charging station is an additional €10/night.
