The space Casa del Lago Flamingos is a private property on the shore of the lake where you can enjoy your days quietly and be surprised by an incredible sunset. It has parking for 10 cars, a pool, a dock, buoys for mooring a boat or motorcycle, a large garden, a terrace, a barbecue, and garden furniture including lounge chairs. It has a maximum capacity for 26 people comfortably in 7 rooms which all have air conditioning, fan, hot water 24 hours a day and their own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with (refrigerator, stove, conventional oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster and necessary cooking utensils). NO MUSIC ALLOWED (no sound equipment of any kind). *** Housekeeping, cook and waiter are available for an extra fee if required. *** From the 16th person there is an extra charge per night per person of $700 *** Visitors are not allowed. *** THE PRICE MENTIONED is for up to 15 people in 5 rooms, if you require another room to be opened it is at an additional cost. *** Check-out time is 1:00 pm (with flexible hours if there is no rental the next day). *** The pool does NOT have a heater Guest access You can use the entire house, just respecting the entrance to the house, the space for the people who take care of it, as well as the room where the pump is and the operation of the water for the house's service.
