We provide 2 cleanings per week which include changing bath linens, bath mat (each time) and bed linen set (1x per week) (Please note that it is not allowed to use our linen at the beach) The space Well located, quiet, and a 5-minute walk to the large Makro supermarket and the beach. And a 10-minute walk to Beach Road. Guest access Covered garage for scooters, covered outdoor lounge, lounge area in the entrance hall, swimming pool with sunbathing area, outdoor shower and shared toilets in the lobby. Concierge service on request and luggage drop-off/storage. Other things to note We require a security deposit upon arrival, which will be between 1000 and 2000 baht depending on the length of your stay. 1000 baht up to 15 days rental, 2000 baht for more than 2 weeks of rental. We offer 2 free cleanings per week that include change of bath linens, bath mat (each time) and bed linen set (1x per week) If you want extra services, here are the rates: - Bed linen set can be changed at a rate of 300 baht whenever you want. - Cleaning service costs 300 baht (including change of bath linens) - New set of bath towels and shower mats 120 baths. A laundry service is available, at the price of 70 thb per kilo: washing with hot water, with quality product and separating colors and white. Picked up outside your door, washed, folded and dropped off at your door in 48 hours. Just take out your laundry bag or laundry basket in front of your door between 8:30 am and 3pm (except Sundays) and the linen will be back within 48 hours during business days.
