Catch the #63 bus from across the road will take you right into Central Dunedin and onward to the Stadium. Perfect place for short term stay for individuals or up to two couples. We are a busy wee family with plenty of daily comings and goings. We will respect your privacy but also happy to help with any questions about the area, sights to see, logistics etc. The space We offer two guest bedrooms, these rooms are in the lower level of our family home. Includes full bathroom with bath and large shower, and separate toilet for guest use only. Listing : DOES NOT INCLUDE LIVING SPACE OR KITCHEN. We can host up to 4 persons (2 couples) from the same party. Both rooms are standard queen size rooms Room 1 is the larger of the two rooms 3.65m x 3.35m + half wardrobe space, room includes work desk with office chair, large comfy seat, luggage stand & hanging space in one of half the wardrobe, plus 3 drawers for storage. Both rooms have Queen beds. The second room is smaller 3.6mx 2.9m including half wardrobe space. If you are a booking for 2 persons and wish to have a room each, please note there is an additional charge of $30 to cover extra cleaning & linen NOTE: Some Personal Items are stored in these rooms. There is a third room on this level which I work from home in on Mondays, some Thursdays and Fridays. Our own living space, kitchen and bedrooms are all on a separate level. Guest access Listing DOES NOT include access to our living space or kitchen space, making it most ideal for short stays. Laundry facilities are available on request. During your stay We may not be home when you check in however we are easily contactable via Cell or Air BnB platform. We will respect your privacy during your stay, however are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and assist you where needed Other things to note The ground floor which houses the guest rooms, bathroom and toilet, also has the main entrance to the house, plus owners access to laundry and garage. A third room on this level is used by the owner when working from home with clients some weekdays.
