The house is located on Øya's highest point overlooking the lake towards Nesodden and Bærum. There are good sun conditions and a lot of outdoor space. The plot is 10 acres, mostly natural plot, some grass and bed. The country house consists of a main house with a porch and an outhouse/shed as well as a bathhouse by the sea. The house is from the 1920s, but renovated in 2020. Ostøya is a beautiful pearl in the inner Oslofjord, it is one of the largest and most lush islands in the Oslofjord. Here there are opportunities for both relaxation and activities. Price can be discussed. The space The main house consists of: 1st floor: Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, Heating cables in the floor. Kitchen with all fixtures and a small pantry/shelves for storage. Living/dining room with exit porch, TV hook with fireplace and hallway with small wardrobe. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed and direct access to bathroom with toilet and shower. Heating cables in the floor. Bedroom 2 with double bed + cot (short and narrow) and bedroom 3 with two narrow single beds. In the hallway/at the other end of the house there are three rooms; Living room/bedroom with double bed and small kitchenette. 1 storage room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (narrow/short) The bathhouse is about 10 min walk from the house. Here you can swim from the jetty or jump from the bathhouse. The house is primarily rented on a weekly basis so minimum 1 week, from Sun - Sun. Preferably 2 weeks, preferably longer. The house is rented out during the joint holiday from June 25 to August 20, 2023. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house as well as the storage room and bathhouse. However, the attic above the 2nd floor of the main house is private - so no access here.
