The space We welcome everyone especially motorcycle riders, ATV’ers and anglers. Bring only your food, drinks and clothes. DO NOT FORGET THE BUG SPRAY! Especially in the spring and early summer. Located down a scenic single lane gravel road our 20’ RV has a cozy double bed with fluffy pillows and clean linens, a spacious 2 person dinette and bathroom with fresh, clean towels and hot running water (limited due to tank size). Full electricity. A/c and space heater are available. Flat griddle, pots, pans, utensils, plates, mugs and glass are also supplied. Enjoy a coffee or tea from the Keurig while sitting outside in the screen room while enjoying the scenery. A full sized BBQ with side burner is also included Relax in the outdoor seating while overlooking the property with views of the pines and other trees. Lots of birds, chipmunks and squirrels to watch out for. If your lucky the local owl will sing you to sleep! If you listen early in mornings loons can also be heard! On occasion there are deer and turkey that will visit! Town of Gooderham with a public beach and boat launch, quaint country store, Chinese food restaurant and public beach just a few minutes away. Multiple other lakes are within a 5-10 minute drive. If you don’t feel like cooking, Haliburton is only 20 minutes away and Ted’s Burger Wagon in Irondale (8 minutes away) is the place to go for homemade burgers and fantastic poutine. Close to popular ATV trails and some of the most beautiful roads in Ontario. As we are trying to stop the spread of invasive insects, use of the chiminea and campfire wood will be available for extra $10, will include tote full of wood, kindling and fire starter. Please let us know if you would like this option. Other wood will regrettably not be allowed. SUBJECT TO LOCAL FIRE RESTRICTIONS IF APPLICABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME. Please note that we have cameras on the sheds (pointing toward the area you are staying in and the lane way ) and on the house (pointing at the driveway) There are no cameras inside the trailer. Guest access Guests have full access to the trailer and the ample parking on our gravel driveway. Motorcycles and ATV’s are encouraged to park in the tent garage. Other things to note BRING BUG SPRAY While the trailer has a shower and brand new hot water tank - please note the tank is standard trailer size and about 7 gallons so you’ll have hot water for moderately short showers. Smoking and vaping is allowed outside ONLY. Please use the supplied bucket to discard your cigarettes. DO NOT throw anything into the brush. There will be a $200 cleaning fee charged if smoking /vaping anything is found inside the trailer. Campfires will be allowed based on current municipal restrictions. We will supply you with a chiminea, wood and kindling for a small fee. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME. Please watch your step as the gravel is uneven.
