The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min. The space The 46 square metre maisonette flat (built in 2022) is very bright, furnished to a high standard and modern: 1. the bed in the bedroom is large 1.80 m x 2 m and has a very high-quality mattress, so relaxation is guaranteed. 2. the sofa (1.40 x 2 m) in the living room is easily extendable and has a high-quality slatted frame. The heavy, gold-plated coffee table by designer Peter Draenert is a classic from the 1960s. Relaxation is guaranteed in the upholstered chair, even when watching TV with Netflix and amazon prime. 3. the kitchen is high-quality and well-equipped with an espresso machine, oven and microwave. 4. the bathroom has a rain shower and invites you to relax with its blue mosaics. 5. you can relax on the balcony with midday sun and the outdoor area with evening sun and distant views. 6. A yoga mat is available for sporting activities. The accommodation has a good indoor climate thanks to organic plaster and paint as well as solid hornbeam wood parquet flooring in a herringbone pattern.
