⛰️Come and enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends in our comfortable apartment, located in the heart of Cantal, just 20 minutes from Aurillac and 20 minutes from the slopes of Super Lioran.🏔️ In winter, hit the snowy slopes; in summer, explore the many hiking trails around the Cantal mountains. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building with three apartments. Close to all shops. The space ‼️ Please read the listing and the rules before booking ‼️ ☀️Welcome to this spacious 80 m² apartment, ideal for a stay with family or friends. It has two bedrooms, equipped with comfortable double beds: • 1 bed 180 x 200 • 1 bed 140 x 200 Each with a large dressing room for your comfort. 🔴 ☁️ Memory foam mattress for a smooth night 🛏️ Beds made on arrival – Linens provided 🚿 Bath towels available upon request 🧸 Baby bed linen not provided 🔴 A sofa bed can accommodate 1 to 2 additional people (ideal for a short stay, as an extra bed). ⸻ 🍳 Facilities at your disposal: In the kitchen, you will find a starter kit to facilitate your arrival: • 1-2 rolls of toilet paper (depending on the number of guests) • Basic condiments: salt, pepper, oil... • Instant coffee, tea, sugar cubes • Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets ‼️ These products are provided only at the beginning of the stay ‼️ ⸻ 🌳 Outdoor areas to share or privatize depending on the season: • Covered terrace (🔴 note: the one under the bedroom window is not included – it is private 🔴). ☀️In summer: private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue ❄️In winter: shared terrace, used as a smoking area • Large shared garden of 1000 m² with deckchairs to relax ⸻ 🔴 Non-smoking accommodation inside 🚬 Guest access 🌳You will have access to a terrace equipped with a barbecue, reserved for your accommodation during the summer. The garden, meanwhile, is a space shared with us and other guests. However, we have arranged the premises so that everyone can enjoy a corner of their own, in peace.🌳 Other things to note 🔴The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator.🔴 Bath towels available on request only. Secure (locked) storage space is available in the garage upon request. Ideal for storing bicycles, skis or bulky equipment. Electric vehicle charging is not available on-site. However, a terminal is accessible in front of the Vic-sur-Cère tourist office, not managed by the host and subject to operating availability. No smoking allowed.
