This process protects both guests and hosts from litigation. 🔊 Things to know about the neighborhood Our home is located in an old house divided into apartments. As with any old building, sound insulation can be imperfect. It is therefore possible to hear from time to time certain noises of the neighboring homes, including footsteps, movements or a few noises of everyday life, both above and below. We would like to inform you in full transparency so that everyone can enjoy their stay with knowledge of the environment. 😊 ⚠️ Please note before booking: the accommodation is located by a very busy national highway. Traffic noise may therefore be noticeable, particularly during the day and at rush hours. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration before booking. 🛎️Any malfunction or problem noted upon arrival must be reported to us immediately, so that we can take action. Any problem not reported as soon as possible will not give rise to any subsequent refund or compensation. 💶 Things to know about the rate The price listed is the price of the accommodations per night, not a rate per person. Whether you are 2, 3, 4 people or up to the maximum capacity of the accommodation, the nightly rate remains the same. In the event of a change in the number of guests during the stay, the nightly price cannot therefore be recalculated or refunded in proportion to the number of people present. 🧹 The property must be returned tidy and clean, in the same condition in which you found it on arrival. We then take care of the thorough cleaning between each stay. Guest access 📢 Important information regarding access and parking 🛣️ The accommodation is located on the edge of a busy road. Although the windows provide good insulation, this is something to keep in mind if you are particularly sensitive to noise. Parking in front of the accommodation is limited to one vehicle. Some free parking is also available on the street below. However, you need to walk a short distance back to the accommodation. 🏍️ If you are traveling by motorcycle, please let us know before your arrival. If you would like to park your motorcycle in a sheltered area, we can, depending on availability, make our garage available to you. 🚚 Finally, if you are a worker and are coming with a commercial vehicle, a large vehicle, or several vehicles, please let us know before your arrival. This will allow us to plan ahead and find the most suitable parking solution together. 🌳You will have access to a terrace equipped with a barbecue, reserved for your accommodation during the warm season. The garden, meanwhile, is a shared space with us and other guests. However, we have arranged the place so that everyone can enjoy a corner of their own, in complete tranquility.🌳 Other things to note 🔴The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator.🔴 Bath towels available upon request only. A secure storage space (locked) is accessible in the garage, upon request. Perfect for storing bicycles, skis, or bulky gear. Electric vehicle charging not available on-site. However, a kiosk is accessible in front of the Vic-sur-Cère tourist office, not managed by the host and subject to operating availability. 🚭No smoking allowed.🚭 ⚠️Important Information: If you have any particular conditions (back pain, neck pain, allergies, or any other specific needs), we encourage you to bring what you need for your comfort during your stay (ergonomic pillow, support cushion, usual treatment, etc.). The accommodation is equipped with standard amenities, and we are unable to provide materials or equipment adapted to each personal situation.
