Santu's Sanctuary, garden & parking in Cham centre

Available for seasonal rental - minimum 1-3 months. Welcome to my home, peacefully situated in the centre of Chamonix, just 50 metres from the centre 🍰☕︎🥐! You’ll have your own lovely private garden 🌸 - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out in the mountains, with views of Aiguille du Midi and Mt. Blanc ⛰️- Very silent although hyper central, only occasional sound of the church bells 🔔😊 The space The flat has a nice open kitchen and living room with direct access to the garden! The garden 🌸🌿 has a BBQ, lounge place and a small table for eating outside, and plenty of space for yoga/stretching 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️, and you can put up the hammock as well. 🦥 The flat has two double bedrooms, one en-suite and another bathroom with both shower and a bathtub 🛁! I'm not much of a TV watcher myself (too much to do in Chamonix!), but I have installed a smart TV for guests. There is also a washing machine. While the flat is just a walk away from the train and bus stations (and I encourage you to use public transport), I do have a parking spot for a car down in the garage below that you can use. Most importantly, I wish you can enjoy my home and hometown while I'm away, take care of it well, and take care of the environment (I'm providing extra bins for recycling!) while enjoying life and exploring the mountains! 🏔️🏔️ Guest access All the apartment is available for your use. For xmas and NY the bedroom with an ensuite will not be available. Therefore the flat is for only two people sharing a double bed.
