Unique 18th century cottage on central Emek Refaim. With the sounds of bird chirping, high ceilings and many of its original touches, you’ll be transported to a simpler time ✨ The space Built in 1926. Great for families with kids ages 5+. Fun, cozy and quiet . Great location! There is parking and a perfect back garden. Guest access There are three areas available for sleeping. Two lofts, and one downstairs bedroom. Three queen size mattresses. We also have a pull out sofa bed that we provide bedding for. There is one stair to enter the home, three stairs down to the backyard. The staircase to the downstairs bedroom is steep and please note that there is no gate/childproofing. Access to the loft beds are via ladder. It is fun, but remember to be safe. The nightly rate is for 4 people. If you would like up to 7 people, it is an additional 100 shekel charge per person, and we ask that no more than 7 people stay. Kids under 2 are not included in this limit and we are happy to help provide a pack and play for them. Other things to note There is NO air conditioning/heating system. There is however plenty of cross breeze, the ceilings are high and the apartment is protected by many trees that are around, so truly the space is rarely too hot. There are fans placed throughout the home and windows with screens. Parking: the home comes with 1 parking spot! Please be mindful that it is in a shared space with others and you will be one of the four spaces. We are located off the main road of Emek Refaim, and exiting the space will demand a little Israeli style ‘Chutzpah’ as you need to back up onto this road to exit. Kitchen: If you wish to use the kitchen for cooking, please ONLY DAIRY products are allowed to be cooked. Dairy silverware, dishes and pots/pans will be clearly marked. We ask you not to bring in meat unless takeout which you may use paper goods. Bathroom: There is one bathroom that has a shower stall and washing machine inside. What the shower lacks in size, it makes up for in strong water pressure.
