A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • Pets are NOT permitted. No exceptions. • Occupancy and use of the premises and communal areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend guests or residents. The Agent has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guest (s) to vacate the premises. NO HOUSE PARTIES or overcrowding are allowed. • Daily housekeeping is not available. • The guest (s) agrees to maintain the unit and leave it in an orderly and clean condition upon departure. o Dishes should be left clean in dishwasher. o Pull linens from bed and put on the bathroom floor. o Please return spreads to the beds. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
