The cottage is well insulated and heated by an electric heater. There is a mega large 4-person bunk bed with good mattresses. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed so that you can sleep with 5 people if necessary. Guest access Our guests may also use the Kas. Here you can also get drinks at the bar or play a game. Other things to note On Sundays, you can also check out a little later, by arrangement. The cottage is rented out including towels, bed linen, tea towels, hand soap, toilet paper and a number of basic provisions such as: salt, pepper, oil, washing-up liquid, etc. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available. Our 4-person hot tub can be booked as an optional extra. If desired, the hot tub can be filled with fresh water and lit for you. The price is €65 per day. Lighting a fire (or making pizzas) is only allowed with clean and dry wood in the designated areas. We sell firewood for €6.50 per bag. Please note that this cottage is not intended for parties. We don't want to be a nuisance to our neighbours, so we'd like things to remain quiet after 10 pm. Loud music is also not allowed during the day. Want to rent a bike? That's very easy at Riverside, with a pick-up and drop-off service! Feel free to ask us about the options. We have 1 lovely dog. He often walks around the premises off the lead. We ourselves live at the front of the property, at the back of the farmhouse. From time to time, we organise something fun and our guests stay, for example, in a tent on the meadow. Of course, we are considerate of each other. There are 3 other holiday cottages on the property. Everyone has plenty of privacy, but you can meet each other in the greenhouse or in the (play) garden.
