It is roughly a 20/25 minute boat ride out to Lake St. Clair. The 3,000 sqft houseboat has two separate Airbnb units each with their own private entrance (similar to a duplex). Guests can explore the local parks and nature preserves, including the Lake St. Clair Metropark and the Belle Isle Park. These parks offer a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, swimming, and boating. Nearby, you can find a variety of stores such as the Partridge Creek Mall where you can find popular brands like Nordstrom, Macy's, and Apple. Parking is available in the lot. Travel by car is the most common form of transportation. Travel by boat is an option as well. There are restaurants and gas stations that you will pass by boat on your way to Lake St. Clair. Boat parking does not have access to water or electric. There is a boat space available. Remember! You are on a boat and it does endure slight movement in rougher weather. The boat does not leave the slip. The property is on the water. You may experience Mayflies, fishing spiders, insects in the spring/summer season.
