The property is set on 2 floors having a kitchen/dining room and office area downstairs, and a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, 2 toilets and shower room upstairs. All areas have air conditioning (cooling & heating). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge & dishwasher. A washing machine+drier is also available. There is a roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs. The space All rooms in this house have a window to the outside hence there is a lot of light. Guest access Guests can make use of the whole house. Other things to note For longer stays, a reduced monthly rate will apply with water and electricity to be worked out per actual usage.
