You will be hosted in the lower level of the house with the amenities that we would like if we were visiting a location such as this. Enjoy the family of deer who call this yard their home as well as the gentle waters of the cove to refresh in water activities. Lovely appointed room and elegant bathroom as well as a small limited kitchen will allow you to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in spacious surroundings. Third person (or disgruntled mate) can snuggle down in the very comfortable couch in the living room area Guest access You have access to the entire bottom floor of the house. with the exception of the host closet. We also welcome you to use the outdoor deck and seating area. Other things to note If your day revolves around 420 smoke seshs, our space isn’t the right fit. It takes forever to clear the funk out of the house. A casual smoke outside away from the house is fine. If in doubt ask us about it. :) No buds can be kept on premise. Note- Reservation will only be considered if the requester has a photo, phone number and the identity is verified through Airbnb. A picture of the drivers license will be required for the guests staying on the property. In winter, snowstorms can close back roads and make driving up the driveway difficult, so it's a good idea to check the weather before booking. During storms, power fluctuations and possible outages may occur. This listing is nestled in the woods, so encountering wildlife is a possibility. We've spotted deer, groundhogs, a skunk crossing the road, and even had a snake come inside once during the cold. A car is needed to get around or you will have to use uber. Linens are washed with scent-free detergent and the house hasn't had any animals in it for those that are allergic. The cleaning fee is for the turn over of the space, not for during the stay. For stays longer than a week, it is your responsibility to keep up with washing your linens and general cleaning. We do have a cleaning person for hire upon request. We do not offer a washer and dryer at this location and suggest Poplin Service
