Our recently updated stylish condo will give you an emersion of coastal beauty and an array of local attractions along with access to marsh side pool, bikes and grills. Start your day with a cup of coffee and an ocean sunrise and unwind with a glass of wine for an unmatched marsh view sunset. The space One bedroom condo with a comfortable queen bed and two twin bunk beds in the master. There are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room for extra guests (linens not provided). Will comfortably sleep 4 but room to sleep 6 with owner approval ($30 additional per person/night over groups of 4). Ideal for couples and small families. There are two private balconies on the property. One facing the ocean where you can wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, and sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The second facing the marshland for those seeking a connection with nature. The condo overlooks a pristine marsh, providing a glimpse into the diverse local wildlife. Birdwatchers will be delighted by the flocks of seabirds, heron and egrets. In the evenings, unwind with a glass of wine as you witness the sun's colorful descent into the horizon. Guest access Our community boasts a sparkling pool where you can take refreshing dips or simply lounge under the sun with a good book and soak in the natural wonders as you overlook the marsh. Charcoal grills located beside the pool. *pool opens May 1st. Direct beach access from our condo means you can be burying your toes in the sand within minutes. Guests will have access to beach towels, chairs, a boogie board, a surf board and house bikes. Other things to note Pet friendly Max allowance is 2 dogs ($150 non-refundable pet fee to be collected prior to check in) Please keep pets off the furniture. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended in the condo.
