Located on iconic Bridge Street, the Cliveden is a heritage building in a rare world class location. Featuring a spacious 60 sqm floor plan, the apartment has a unique warmth and quirky vibe, featuring open-plan living, including a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen plus too many other essential ammenities to list, you wont be disappointed. Longer term bookings enjoy incredible discounts, 30% off for one month stays and 35% off for 2 month stays or longer! The bathroom contains a laundry cupboard which houses a combined washer and dryer, you will also find a clothes rack located behind the lounge. Due to the heritage status of the building, the water heater is small and you will enjoy a very hot 10 minute shower but please allow 10 minutes between showers for reheating. There is a garbage chute located on your floor, this is a lovely convenience! To access the rooftop pool, simply take the lift up to Level 11, and then walk up one floor to the rooftop. The rooftop does not have entertaining furniture or sun lounges, it’s a lovely humble oasis in the big city. Complete with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven, it’s your new home away from home. Please note stays are minimum 3 nights. Guest access Guest Access: Key lock-box located outside of building, then requires security access via Lobby. Please read the check-in instructions for further details. When departing your stay, please leave keys on kitchen bench. Lift Access: please swipe your security toggle/fob on the long panel located near the lift door opening, do not swipe the wall panel located towards the centre of the lift as it has been deactivated. Entry access into the building requires walking up 4 steps, unfortunately this heritage building does not have ramp or accessibility provisions. Other things to note The lounge is comfortable, over the years it has wear and tear, so put your feet up, lie down and enjoy yourself. The apartment has no balcony or views but plenty of light. My awesome book collection will remain in the apartment, feel free to enjoy the free reading and take a book to the cafe or beach! Now if you feel you have looked after my home, as a special gift from me to you, please take one book home with you to keep, just leave me a note with the name of the book you took! Another special touch, there’s a new Nespresso machine and I will ensure you have coffee pods, sugar and milk so you can arrive relaxed and chilled! PS.
