The space ALL INCLUDED! Beautiful stone house totally renovated in 2020 in a pretty typical Auvergnat hamlet! The Gite du Coudy will delight you with the great comfort, quality materials and modernity that characterize it for a stay in the heart of authentic Auvergne! Ideally located to enjoy many exceptional activities and natural sites: close to Auvergne Volcano Park, La Bourboule Spa, Vulcania leisure parks and Lemptégy Volcano, Cordès Castle, Orcival Basilica, the many crater lakes, the magnificent Chain of Puys recently registered as a Unesco World Heritage site. The cottage consists on the ground floor of a bright and very pleasant kitchen-open living room, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a shower room/toilet. We like the south/east exposure of the living area for optimal sunshine! Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds that can be attached with a desk/sleeping area including a BZ sofa (2 additional people accepted for free), a very comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: beds will be made upon arrival, towels are provided, heating and cleaning are included. Pellet stove available (pellets provided at no extra charge). WiFi. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful adjoining and enclosed private space with garden furniture and BBQ. A second green and wooded outdoor space is also available to you. Private parking.
