La Perroya

La Perroya is a village house in the heart of the delightful and often unknown old village of Visan, in the Enclave of the Popes. Bulle de Vaucluse in the Drôme Provençale, the village is conveniently located between Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons and Grignan. La Perroya is also bookable all year round in guest rooms. The space The house has 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (each with separate toilet). Guests can enjoy the courtyard, sheltered from the sun and mistral under the mulberry tree and cool off in the saltwater pool. This is not a swimming lane, measuring only 1 meter wide, but its almost 7m long and 1m20 deep allow you to really cool off. Accessible from the first floor, the panoramic west-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and its sunsets in the evening, with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Rhone Valley and the Cevennes. Guest access You can access the entire main house. Has a living room and a library filled with books. In the courtyard, which has a summer kitchen with a plancha and a small, practical bathroom, next to the pool. As well as the panoramic terrace for sunbathing in the shade of the awning or for evenings in front of the sunsets.
