A couple steps up to a porch with comfy chairs to get some sun. Use your personal door code to come on in to your vacation home. High end furniture, a large kitchen with everything you’ll need: dishwasher, roomy refrigerator, pantry, Nespresso maker, baking and cooking supplies, blender, microwave, toaster and plenty of pretty dishes and glassware. There’s a rolling bar cart and lots of art books.. The side kitchen door takes you to your rear yard - and the gate to your uncovered parking spot. Two bedrooms with closets, comfortable beds set with lovely luxury sheets and comforters. Fluffy towels, soaps, body wash and shampoos in your sunny bathroom. Everything is clean and smells great. There is a stacked washer dryer with natural fabric detergents near the bathroom. If you need children’s things we can provide them. I’m a Venice local who has traveled extensively and rented homes so I know what you’re looking for. Guest access This is a duplex with a very tall fence and hedges between the two sides so you’ll feel very much alone and private. You are the only person that has access to your front and rear yards. As well as having your own parking and Washer dryer. You can control the alarm system or just utilize your own code for entry (no keys!) Other things to note Some notes on dog stays: We love dogs and know they are part of your family. The house is fully enclosed by a high fence. There is no doggie door but you can keep the kitchen door open for yours to run around. If you think that your fur baby is a barker or a marker please do not bring him/her along. If there are neighbors complaints about your dog barking excessively then you may be asked to look for other accommodations (with no refund).. Neighbors are chill and keep to themselves and many have dogs so if there’s a complaint it’s a thing. There is a lovely dog walker/babysitter/caregiver I can recommend so you can have peace of mind.
