There are 4 air-conditioned suites, one external and one toilet, kiosk with barbecue, garden, swimming pool with beach, an external suite. 15 min by car from Praia do Forte and 10 min by car and 5 min on foot from Itacimirim beach in the best of the north coast. Surrounded by renowned restaurants and an accessible shopping center The space The property has a total area of 600 sq. meters distributed in the house area, consisting of 3 internal and 1 external suites (all decorated and air-conditioned), a living room, kitchen, full service area plus an external suite with rustic and cozy decor. In the garden area, there is a kiosk with a bathroom and barbecue and a handmade sink for washing hands. Also in the garden, we have a playground with a slide, children's house, trampoline and horse, as well as a swimming pool with a deep end and a shallow end. In the open area of the garden, we have several mirrored furniture pieces that promote rest and a place for contemplation. The house is 1 min from the beach, is lateral with the passage to the sea, and is also 2 min from the pier with a view of the river. Guest access Guests will have access to all the spaces of the property as well as rooms and outdoor garden. Other things to note It is worth noting that there are 3 internal and 1 external suites with free access to the garden and swimming pool with a landscaped area in the entrance list.
