The space To the west, expansive windows and a deck on each floor provide breathtaking views of the sunset. You and your guests can enjoy the sun dip into the ocean. Directly to the north, is West Hill Park, an open green space for kids and dogs to play. This park also has a brand new staircase leading to the beach. To the south, the bustling town center is just one block away. This home is dog and children friendly and is thoughtfully stocked to be the perfect place to get away from daily routines and make new memories. Features which set Sunset Retreat apart for a large family and friend get-a-way: - Six (6) bedrooms as well as a bunk area to sleep 15 guests total. First floor has an ADA bedroom/bathroom with a queen bed and heated bathroom floors. - Main floor also showcases an expansive kitchen with room for everyone to gather while meals are prepared. - Dining room, living room and large mudroom are also on the first floor. Mudroom has a washer/dryer, heated floors and a dog-door to a fenced dog run. - Wrap around front porch to the north and west as well as a north facing patio with grill, outdoor heaters, and large table is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, no matter the weather. - Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a large primary bedroom with a sitting area, amazing ocean views, outdoor deck, walk in closet and spa-like bathroom with heated floors. - Second primary has a private, attached bathroom. - Third bedroom has 220 degree views of the ocean, park and downtown. The fourth bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds. - Third floor has 3 built-in bunk beds. Each one creates a private nook with its own light, shelf, power and privacy. This floor also has the 6thbedroom with a queen bed and - A full bathroom. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in.
